Exam Taker privacy is very important to us. By design, the information collected by ExamSoft is limited. To protect Exam Taker privacy, we have adopted the following guidelines in the handling of any information gathered:

• Exam Taker information is gathered for the purpose of verifying examinee registration for ExamSoft and its Licensees, for the customer support and to ensure proper delivery of exams to exam takers.
• Exam Taker information is password-protected for their privacy and security.
• ExamSoft promises never to sell, rent, exchange or otherwise provide any information collected, including but not limited to name, ID Number, email address, school attended, courses enrolled in or exams taken, hardware type owned or used, and network location (IP address) to any third party for any reason unless by court order or with express permission of the Exam Taker. If ExamSoft should at any time file for reorganization or liquidation in bankruptcy this promise will remain in force.
• To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
• Although ExamSoft dispenses “cookies”, they are used exclusively for security purposes and for identifying visitors while on the ExamSoft’s website.
