Kaspersky Anti-Virus Users

• Kaspersky Anti-Virus has to be DISABLED before launching Softest to take an exam.
  
  
• You can re-enable Kaspersky after you are finished with the exam, but it must be DISABLED again before starting a new one

Problem Description

• Kaspersky users will experience a windows "File System Error" after the first use of Softest. The error message will come up if you try to run any program on your computer after taking a secure exam.
  
  

How To Disable Kaspersky Anti-Virus

Version 8.xxx

1. Click on the Kaspersky icon in the taskbar
   
   
2. Click On Settings
   
   
   
   
3. Uncheck "Enable protection"
   
   
   
   
4. Click on apply then ok
   
   
   
   
5. Restart the computer

Version 7.xxx

1. Click on the Kaspersky icon in the taskbar
   
   
2. Click on settings
   
   
   
   
3. Uncheck "Enable protection", click on apply then ok and restart the computer
